FABULOUS MATTRESS FACTORY PRODUCT WARRANTY

Fabulous Mattress products are manufactured using the highest quality foams and fabrics. Our commitment to quality also includes our service. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Should you, contrary to expectations, experience defects due to manufacturing faults, Fabulous Mattress will provide you with a warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of up to 10 years from the date of purchase. Mattress warranty length varies by product.

All foam mattress will exhibit some form of physical change with normal use. The product is used in accordance with the Care Instructions.

NO CLAIM CAN BE MADE UNDER THIS GUARANTEE RESULTING FROM:
  • Misuse or misappropriation of mattress not in accordance with recommendations
  • Misuse, abuse or accidental damage resulting in damage to mattress
  • Lack of reasonable care
  • Tempering
  • Comfort preference related to firmness, sheet fit or height issues resulting from purchaser’s bed frame size or headboard style.
  • Fabric stains, soiling or burns
  • Odour – New mattress may have odour that will fade over time

  • Transportation and inspection costs
  • Size allowance of +/- 2cms
  • Body impressions of less than 3cms
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic issues that does not affect the performance of mattress such as stitching and fabric discoloration
  • We do not warrant our product as a remedy for any specific medical condition and do not warrant against any complications resulting from the use or inability to use this product.
  • Failure of the product resulting from commercial use
IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM, YOU MUST AT YOUR EXPENSE RETURN:

1) The defective mattress
2) Completed warranty form
3) Proof of purchase.

An inspection of the mattress by a representative of foam manufacturer will be arranged, and if found to be defective, subject to above exclusions, a successful warranty claim does not entitle you to refund, only a repair or replacement of the faulty product. If the same mattress is no longer available or discontinued at the time of claim, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher.

FOR MAXIMUM ENJOYMENT AND LIFE OF THE PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW BELOW MENTIONED CARE INSTRUCTIONS.

If your new mattress is to be used on slat base, please be aware that:
1. Gaps between slats should not exceed 100mm
2. Place the mattress on a flat surface.

When using mattress directly on the floor, you will need to allow the space below the mattress to air regularly to avoid moisture build up.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Protect from direct sunlight
  • Always use a mattress protector to avoid accidental soiling.
  • Air bedding regularly
  • Do not wash, dry clean or steam cleaning
  • For spot cleaning gently wipe any spills and stains with a microfiber cloth
  • Do not saturate the fabric or interior with water or other cleaning liquid
  • Do not use dishwashing or laundry detergents
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush
  • Not required to be flipped upside down nor rotated.
  • Our products are not flame proof. (Unless the fabric is specifically fire retardant). Do not expose to fire and do not smoke in bed.
